By way of shadows, Yosho has escaped his latest hunters. But more await outside, and he is chased into a junkyard by another set of Digital Dragons. This junkyard happens to be the base of operations for the Chrome Devils, a violent Macropolis Gang. All hell breaks loose as the Digital Dragons, Chrome Devils, and Yosho clash in a bloody row.
Yosho kills Digital Dragons and Chrome Devils alike, his rage sending him into a blinding fury. He manages to escape the chaos, only to find himself alone on the outskirts of the junkyard, face to face with Azuma Eka. Ogami's twin brother. His lifetime friend, and another high ranking Digital Dragon's assassin. The two proceed to drop their weapons, and begin fist fighting.
After a violent fight, the two collapse in a heap, the sounds of distant gunfire barely reaching their ears. Azuma rises to his feet first, fixing a gun at the fallen Yosho. A short conversation ensues.
"Why did you choose this fate, Yosho?! When you join the Digital Dragons, you pledge your life and your heart to the cause!"
"My heart belonged to Ogami..."
The realization strikes Azuma. Why Yosho had fled to Macropolis, why his sister had disappeared. They had come here together. Azuma lowers his gun, and offers Yosho his hand. He helps his former comrade to his feet.
"I...had no idea. Yosho, get out of here. I'll tell the Dragons I killed you. But if we cross paths again, I will kill you."
Yosho nods, and rips off his blood stained bandanna. He hands it to Azuma and limps off with haste. Azuma returns to Jakith, bearing news of Yosho's "death."
